Friday night films at STS
One Friday a month (usually but not always the last Friday), we show a classic film. Real 16mm prints, real popcorn, real candy. Real fun. $5 suggested donation.

Friday, August 27, 2010, 7 p.m.
A Night at the Opera
(1935) The Marx Brothers considered this their best film, and the stateroom sequence may be the funniest 5 minutes in screen history. The boys have a great time poking fun at opera, especially wealthy dowager Mrs. Claypool (Margaret Dumont).
Next movie: Sixteen Candles, September 24 at 7 p.m.
